Any arrangement for early occupation will be subject to mutual agreement in writing between the parties and will take into account rental obligations, prorated costs, and the allocation of operating expenses related to the occupied space. The Sub-Lessor’s investigation will be conducted in good faith and with reasonable diligence to determine viable options for phased occupation. This clause provides flexibility to both parties, offering the Sub-Lessee the possibility of an earlier start and the Sub-Lessor the time to manage relocation requirements effectively.
